Tayla Harris is a seasoned and highly regarded property professional with over 10 years of experience spanning all facets of the real estate industry, including Reception, Leasing, Property Management and Business Development. Her career has been defined by a comprehensive, hands-on approach and a deep commitment to both client success and team excellence. 

Since joining Torres Property as a Business Development Manager, Tayla has played a pivotal role in driving growth and elevating client experience. Now appointed as Head of Property Management & Growth, she leads the performance, development, and strategic direction of the agency’s property management division. Her role is both operational and strategic, encompassing leadership, portfolio growth, compliance, and team culture. Tayla is passionate about fostering a high-performing, client-focused team that delivers exceptional service and results. 

While leading the division, she continues to support investor onboarding and portfolio expansion in a hybrid Business Development Manager capacity, providing expert guidance to new and existing landlords through every stage of their property journey.
