With a decade of experience across creative and digital agencies, she has delivered major campaigns for local and international clients, including large-scale television and integrated marketing. She brings a fresh perspective to a traditionally structured industry, with a strong understanding of modern marketing and the role brand plays in building trust and long-term value.

At Torres Property, Caitlyn is the custodian of the brand, guiding messaging and creative systems across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints. She works closely with the team to keep standards consistent, and partners with agents to support property campaigns that align with Torres Property’s values and present each home with care. The focus is always on creating a brand experience that feels seamless and considered, so clients feel informed, confident, and genuinely enjoy the experience.

Outside of work, Caitlyn’s passion for property is personal. With first-hand experience renovating and building, she understands the decisions homeowners face and brings a grounded perspective to the Torres Property client experience.
